About me

I'm fascinated with stories; the heart of therapy is listening to your story. I enjoy connecting with people and listening with compassion, empathy, curiosity, and respect.

I fulfilled my long-held dream of becoming a therapist as a second career. After pausing a career in communications to stay home with my three children, I pursued my Master of Social Work at Simmons University and completed my clinical training while juggling a young family.

After working as an outpatient therapist at a community mental health center in the Boston area for five years, I'm focused on my private practice, an exciting challenge and my #1 goal since this journey began.
